Description
Follow up for #19060 to use the newly added
accountAddressPublicKeyfield returned by JD instead of theAccountAddressitself.This field is optional, and should only be used for Aptos and Sui.
We're not yet ready to remove the hardcoded mappings for Aptos, since we'll need all NOPs to re-submit the chain to JD first.
